How to Request a Pickup

✅ Clear photos of the items
✅ Your name
✅ Your phone number
✅ The exact pickup address

⚠️ Requests missing any of these details will not be processed.

Where We Pick Up

🚚 We offer pickups in the Twin Cities area and limited surrounding communities. Our range depends on the size and quality of the donation.

What to Expect

📆 Pickups are typically scheduled about a week in advance.

💡 Because this is a free service, we are selective about what we take. Items must be resalable at a profit to justify sending our limited staff and truck resources.

📢 Please allow a couple of business days for a response. Calling the store will not provide updates, as staff answering the phones do not have access to pickup requests.

🚨 Please note: We do not guarantee acceptance of any item without a physical inspection, whether we pick it up or you bring it to the store.

What We Look For

✔️ Cleanliness – Items must be free of dirt, dust, grime, stickers, hair, odors, etc.
✔️ Quality – No excessive wear and tear, major repairs, or missing parts.
✔️ Market Fit – Items should be in demand and appropriate for our limited space.

🚫 We do NOT accept: CRT TVs, sleeper sofas, TV cabinets, or other oversized/low-demand items.
